Physical description (height, weight, build): 5'11", slender and not 
very built. Doesn't look very imposing.

Hair, color and style: Shoulder blade length orange hair, usually 
pulled up on the back of her head.

Eyes: dark blue-grey

Other appearance notes: Has a birthmark on the back of her neck. It 
looks like an airplane, and is about a square inch in size. Her left 
leg is also slightly crippled. She limps a little and has a cane.

Family status (mother, father, siblings...): younger sister in 
America, younger brother in England.

Current residence: a small, well-furnished house near NERV. Never 
seems to go there.

PERSONALITY

General: Generally reserved, never seems to talk much. She can make 
important decisions on a moment's notice, and seems not to care about
the consequences of those decisions a lot. (ex: will send an 
Evangelion out to destroy an Angel even though it's current location 
is next to an orphanage)

Special (insanities?): has a secret and is obsessive about keeping it
that way.

Quirks of note: has a soft-spot for young children. She will try to 
help out anyone under the age of 12 when and if she can. 

Love interests: none as yet

Friends: Her closest friend, Kaori, lives in Tokyo-3 and is a 
child-care worker.

SKILLS/APTITUDE

Skills of note: Does everything the head director of NERV should ^^ 
handles everything about NERV -- coverups, administration, press 
conferences, dealing out the punishment when necessary, swims like a 
fish and drives like Andretti 

Lack of skills of note: any kind of domestic skill (cooking -- like 
Akane/C-ko/Miaka cleaning -- "thats what maid services are for" 
sewing -- "theres a reason why some people are fashion designers, 
and why I'm not"), most athletics (due to the leg), personal 
relations (ex: doesn't relate to people easily and can't really make 
friends.)

COMBAT

Skill of note: A professional sniper; gained as a part of her military
training. Is familiar with most automatic and semi-automatic weapons,
and can generally shoot the head off an ant at 40 yards

Reactions of note: Always calm, never gets angry during a fight. Has 
no problem with shooting first and asking questions later.

BACKSTORY

Luna's parents were both scientists and died when she was only four 
years old in a freak accident. She was placed in an orphanage and then
in a series of foster homes. She was an honor student in all her 
classes but didn't really have any friends. Everyone thought she was 
weird and avoided her. When she was 17, she joined the military and 
trained for three years. Afterwards, she went back to school and 
enrolled in a high-class university where she studied ancient arts. 
She was only in the program for six months when she became involved 
with one of her fellow students who was just graduating from the 
program. He was an obsessive man and searched endlessly for something,
but he would never tell her exactly what it was he was looking for. 
In the year 2000, he took her with him on a trip to the South Pole 
with an expedition that was going there. They were first-hand 
witnesses to the Second Impact. He died a year later of a debilitating
disease that struck quickly. On his deathbed, he told her what he was
looking for and gave her access to all the information he had 
gathered. They had built the beginnings of NERV together, and it was 
up to her now to finish the project.
